Data Export Procedure

Where the product provides export or download features (for example PDF reports, CSV/list downloads, or shareable client views), authorised users should use those tools in the first instance.

If you need a broader export for migration or closure, contact support@instasurv.co.uk from an administrator email on the account. Describe the data categories required (e.g. clients, properties, reports, invoices).

We will provide a reasonable machine-readable export of Customer Data we hold as processor, within a commercially reasonable timescale, typically during an active subscription or shortly after termination.

Exports may exclude third-party proprietary formats, credentials, and security logs. Payment card data is not available from InstaSurv (it is handled by Stripe).
