1. Primary services

Application hosting: Vercel — global edge network with application compute configured for our production project.
Primary database: Neon PostgreSQL — data at rest in the database region selected for production (EU preferred where available).
File / image storage: Vercel Blob associated with the production project.

2. UK operations

Oncommerce Limited operates InstaSurv from the United Kingdom. Support staff access systems from the UK under access controls and confidentiality obligations.

3. Changes

If we materially change primary hosting regions, we will update this page and the Subprocessor List. Questions: support@instasurv.co.uk.
